Terms, disclaimer & privacy

Information disclaimer

CanalAgent provides general information and referrals only. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or operational advice. Canal and strait requirements change frequently. Before acting, confirm all requirements, limits and fees with the relevant authority or a licensed agent.

Terms of use

• CanalAgent is a directory. We are not a party to any agreement between an operator and an agency, and we don't broker, guarantee or supervise services.
• Listings marked Unclaimed are compiled from public sources and haven't been confirmed by the agency. Verified listings are paid listings confirmed by the agency at the time of verification.
• Adimar Shipping, our founding partner, is run by the founder's family and is listed first on the Panama Canal page free of charge.
• Premium and Featured placements are paid advertising and are labelled as such.
• You may not scrape or republish the directory in bulk without permission.

Privacy

CanalAgent doesn't use accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Pages are served by Cloudflare, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Both process standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site. When you send an enquiry through this site, it goes to the agency you chose (copied to CanalAgent so we can confirm delivery) or to CanalAgent to forward. We use it only to handle that enquiry and never sell it.

Agencies can ask us at any time to correct or remove information about them.
